Unconditional GuaranteeWe want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase from Wilde Imagination. If you would like to return an item, you may do so within 30-days of receipt of that purchase for full replacement, credit or refund. It’s that easy. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please allow a minimum of three business days for your return to be processed. We do not accept returns C.O.D. Doll HospitalWe have partnered with a doll hospital staffed with specialists who are trained to treat all types of doll emergencies. For those occasions where your doll may need some extra care, send your doll via UPS or insured mail to:
